  • Complex Neighbor Coordination: Phased construction across elevations bordered by neighboring properties on both sides, including a neighboring parking garage, allowing four months of work with zero neighbor complaints.
  • Lead-Safe Practices: Completed all demolition, surface preparation, and painting activities under full EPA RRP compliance, including containment and daily housekeeping.
